Creamy Chocolate Fudge Pop Recipe

When I think of summer I think of long hot days. I think of kids running around giggling while playing in water, whether it’s the pool, lake, river, or a sprinkler. I think of BBQ’s with close friends and family. Visions of shorts, tank tops, flip flops, bare feet and messy pony tails. Oh how I love summer! What would summer be without ice cream?! Let me tell you, there is nothing like a cold creamy chocolate fudge pop on a hot day!

Yes, you can go to the store and buy fudge pops but 1. they won’t be as healthy as homemade and 2. making them is so much more fun! The hardest part about making them is waiting for them to freeze because you just want that chocolatey goodness now! Am I right?

I love this recipe because it calls for few ingredients, most of which I already have in my cupboard!
