The Most Delicious Salisbury Steak Recipe

What do you think of when you read the words Salisbury steak? Does it conjure up visions of nasty, overly processed, and high sodium TV…microwave dinners? (My husband tells me to stop saying TV dinners because it shows my age) Maybe it takes you back to your school days in the cafeteria when the lunch lady would plop the food on your tray. Well, do not fear because, from my kitchen to yours, I have the most delicious Salisbury steak recipe for you! It is a perfect addition to your family dinner table on a cold and rainy or snowy evening!

The Most Delicious Salisbury Steak Recipe

I know in this day and age we are all working so hard to eat healthier. However, not everyone (my hubby) is gung-ho about eating grilled chicken and spinach salad every night for dinner. Plus, sometimes you just need a good hot home cooked meal. Am I right?

Now, I believe the best way to eat Salisbury steak is over mashed potatoes so I recommend getting your potatoes peeled, diced and in the salted water on the stove before you begin.
